hee hee! my first successful pokemon drawing! i LOVE togetic... it is my favorite pokemon! and i think it turned out great too!
the line work was done by hand(cuz i like to stick with my traditional roots) and the rest was done with Photo Studio 5.5 (a program that came with my pink samsung digital camera!)
